Copper Portal was Founded and Started by Mrs. Suman Sharma(Founder and Director) in 2011 with the sole motive of sharing the benefits of using copper utensils in day to day life.She is definietly a great observer with a great level of enthusiasm. Copper Portal is established manufacturer , exporter and supplier of vast range of products such as Copperware, Brassware, Bronzeware, Steelware, Antiques, Silver Plated and Spritual Items .We have chain of craftsmen spreading all over India. We hold a good position as a brand on variety of retail and wholesale markeplaces like Amazon,Flipkart, Snapdeal, Shopclues,Ebay, Etsy etc. We are also very active Internationally as we are selling on almost every portal of amazon such as USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Mexico, Canada, France, Italy etc.
Story Behind us…
Our owner Mrs,Suman Sharma was the constant user of Copper products such as Water Pot,Tumblers,Dinner Set,Pitchers,pots,kadai etc but she was almost fade up of all the other sellers selling mixed copper products.She always tried her best to get what she wanted i.e. a Pure product. With this she got the idea and she understood the need of Time.She understood that someone from the society should step up to serve the sciety for the betternement of society as a whole.So, she started this business with the sole aim of sharing the benefits of pure copper products with others at affordable prices.We always strieve for best and will strieve for the best till end.
Our Strength

Unfortunately, many of these artisans today face a struggle for survival, competing against the cheap, rapidly produced products of the modern age. It is time modern industry helped these artisans claim their rightful share of the global market; adhering to this, Copper Portal promoted it worldwide and today in year 2018; it is providing employment to 5,000-10,000 artisans directly or indirectly. Over the years, the collection range has increased to 2500 products. All of these products are handmade by the expert artisans. Company software is designed and up to date; for smooth flowing of the entire ordering and delivering process.

We always tend to fulfill customer needs in minimum possible time and In order to facilitate that we also provide customisation option in our products with certain MOQs(Minimum Order Quantity) as well as provide Customised Packaging options which our cutomers can use for gift,charity and for other purposes. We start our day with sole motive of satisfying our customers and end it with the same motive. To follow that we provide cutomer service from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout a week.
